"The Kingdom" A new sound of Modern Worship is rising up throughout the Kingdom of God. This sound seeks to passionately and honestly bring to earth the Kingdom of heaven. With a strong passion and desire to convey a unique sound and deep revelation of modern Worship to the nations, Melbourne's The Kingdom are a refreshing change to the Christian music genre. With praise anthems and rock-infused pop riffs that define their edgy sound, the deeper message of the uncompromised love and grace of God, reflects their upcoming album Light Has Come to be released later this year. The Kingdom are committed worship leaders and ministers at Reallife Christian Church Melbourne. Challenged and commissioned by God to communicate His heart through modern worship to our nation and across the world, to impassionate love for our Saviour Jesus Christ, and expand The Kingdom. The members that make up The Kingdom have been playing together for eight years, serving their church community and beyond. Five years ago the release of their debut album 'Brand New Start', saw them enter into the Christian music arena. Two subsequent albums were released with continued success. Both 'Invitation', and 'Now I Live' sold hundreds of units and gained local radio stations air play, namely through Christian stations, 96.3 Rhema FM, and 89.9 Light FM. The Kingdom have visited many churches and played at several community events, all of which has continued to grow and mature their unique heart of worship. Their current project to be released later this year is set to be the best album yet. Working closely with Joth Hunt from Planetshakers, a year and a half in the making, this project was mixed at Henry Seeley's studio 'The Cool Room'. Great feedback from fellow colleagues in the Christian music scene, has this team more excited than ever....
