I was born in Santa Eulalia, Huehuetenango and I speak Q'anjob'al my language, and English, and some spanish. I have always wanted to play the marimba. We will be forming a group that will represent Santa Eulalia, Huehuetenango at an international level soon with associates from our neighboring Municipio of San Miguel Acatan in Guatemala from Chicago. Like the marimba de bellas artes in Guatemala, we especially want to do this for the State of Huehuetenango...hopefully soon you will here us....Santa Eulalia will always be with us and we keep it going...Our marimba will always be with us no matter where we are...
