Thanks for stopping by. I'm nobody important in this YT world, but I do have a purpose for this channel: to help others with life threatening illness, to share my near death experience & my 'search for God', & also for some self expression... I am an acoustic guitarist & singer. I've been a songwriter and a professional vocalist who performed for years in a club date band, a jazz trio, various choirs, a church folk group, several original bands, etc. Oh...and I love jazz. I'm also a leukemia (AML),cardiomyopathy, & cardiac arrest survivor. I have truly beat the odds & I've stared death in the face more than once. I used to think that belief in God was irrational, since I held a strictly materialistic worldview. But now the atheist's worldview just doesn't satisfy my deepest contemplations anymore... My near death experience 13 yrs ago was not the starting point of my search. I was an agnostic/atheist when I had my nde. (see my vid) But once I began opening my mind to a broader perspective on the meaning of life (which often comes with age, lol); I am starting to feel that we are way more than just a sack of organic molecules. Taking that last leap of faith...well, let's say I'm standing at the edge of the cliff right now. "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass; it's about learning to dance in the rain..."
