My form was called into question on the previous video I made so I made another one. I think my form could still use a little work but it's quite a bit better and a lot better than most of the other push up video's I've seen on here. I'm still 40! And some Led for your head!

Today 08/18/2008 I turned 40. I ran 3 miles this morning in 22:58. In this video I do 103 push ups. This is an original song written and recorded by me. Casey Davis is singing, Aja Walker is playing drums. I'm playing guitars and bass.
