If I uploaded a crash test that is identical to another and you are not okay with it, let me know. I never steal videos and I will be more than happy to know if I uploaded an identical video. I will be motivated to remove the video. Each video I upload, I search carefully through all of Youtube for an identical video very carefully. All of my videos are original, and I agree that it's wrong to upload duplicate videos. Thank you.
GM minivan poem I made up:
Venture shall prevail,
Montana shall nail,
Terraza will succeed,
Silhouette will lead,
GM's the best,
So leave the rest,
Lumina APV is great,
A new GM minivan is never late,
Trans Sport is never a slave,
For Relay I crave,
You can call Astro the king,
The others leave the ring,
The Zafira & Meriva are from GM,
So never try to stop them,
Nabira is fast,
GM minivans are never last,
Safari is intense,
Sintra makes sense,
Agila is well-known,
And it will never leave the MPV zone,
Uplander will survive,
Montana SV6 will make the world more alive! Amen!
The GM minivan family is the biggest minivan organization in the world. It consists of lots of great minivans that are sold all across the world. GM minivans are innovators. The Chevy Lumina APV was the first minivan to have a power sliding door, the 1990-1996 A-body GM minivans were the first minivans to be made out of plastic, which is impervious to rust and very durable. They also had the first level ride package. The 1985-1994 Chevy Astro/GMC Safari were the strongest minivans (by far) in their time. Even today, their 4.3L 190-horsepower V6 is fairly decent for a minivan. With the newer 1995-2005 Astro/Safari, which used a truck-based platform, GM continued to set the minivan standard. They could seat 8 passengers, offer all-wheel drive, tow over 5,000 pounds, etc. On the other hand, the Chevy Uplander and Pontiac Montana SV6 armed with the high-tech VVT 3.9L 240-horsepower V6 are the fastest minivans in production today (tied with the Sienna), sprinting from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in only 7.2 seconds. The Uplander and Montana SV6 are the first ever to introduce E85 Ethanol to the minivan world, with their Flex-Fuel system. Yes, they do have DVD navigation systems available. The Montana SV6 uses corrision-resistant 2-sided galvanized steel panels on all exterior body panels except the roof and hood. The hood is made of lightweight aluminum, which is impervious to rust. Did you know that the Uplander's Versatrak AWD system is made by Austria's Steyr-Daimler-Puch, a legendary four-wheel drive manufacturer? Did you know GM/SAIC made a hybrid minivan, the Buick GL8 XEA1 or Phoenix in 2001? It uses a 35 kw fuel cell and compressed hydrogen gas for power. Plus, the Opel/Vauxhall Sintra received good ratings in Euroncap's side impact crash test, so the U-body minivans are safe in the side impact test. And the Sintra with the 3.0L 24v DOHC V6 engine provided 201 hp (115 hp standard, 141 hp available), while the U.S U-body vans had 185 hp, and the Chevy Trans Sport had 186 hp. Also, the Trans Sport, Montana, Venture, and Silhouette were the most fuel efficient minivans during their production years (1997-2005), fetching 19/26 mpg. Did you know that the Montana SV6 uses the same rack-and-pinion steering design as the Pontiac Solstice roadster? Other GM minivans/MPVs include the Chevy MW/Suzuki Wagon R/Karimun and Daewoo/Chevrolet Tacuma/Rezzo/Vivant (designed by Pininfarina). There are European GM vans, too, like the Opel/Vauxhall Vivaro (based on the Renault Trafic), and Opel/Vauxhall Movano (also sold as the Renault Master and Nissan Interstar). Check out the Opel Vivaro VPC Concept! Did you know the Chevy Nabira was made at the Rayong plant in Thailand? The GM minivans have limited, rare versions, too. For example, the Pontiac Montana Thunder is a special edition of the Montana minivan, just like the Montana Mountain Edition. The Chevy Venture Warner Brothers Edition has many great, unexpected features, and of course, it's moderately rare. Another example is the Chevrolet Astro Polo Edition, an extremely rare version of the Chevy Astro van, or the GMC Safari Touring Edition. There are GM minivan concepts, too, like the 1986 Pontiac Trans Sport Concept, 1998 Pontiac Montana Thunder Concept, 2000 Saturn CV1 Concept, 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette OSV, 2001 Buick GL8 XEA1/Phoenix, 1998 GM Opel Zafira fuel cell, 1998 GM Opel Sintra fuel cell, 2000 GM Opel Zafira HydroGen1, 2002/2005 GM Opel Zafira HydroGen3, 2003 Suzuki Wagon R-FCV, or the 2008 Chevrolet Orlando Concept. Did you know GM made a hydrogen-powered electric van in the 1960s? Or that it made a hybrid van in 1990, named the GM HX3 Concept? Also, did you know that Opel built only 394 2.2 L DTi-4 16V Diesel engines for its Sintra MPV? It was only available in the last year of production, 1999. No other minivan family can even come close to how many models the GM minivan family has, and of course, their superb history.
