Sorry for the video being so long, stealing took forever and I've always hated this boss, but any how, let Zidane use Soul Blade and then steal until you get all the items, let Quina heal/attack, Freya should Jump, and Vivi should Slow and use Black magic on him, he'll go down after awhile.
