Thursday 19th October is the official release date for the most eagerly anticipated track of the year. The words El Sueño (The Dream) have been causing a stir on social media after Global icon Diljit Dosanjh posted them on his social media. The suspense has been building and in just a few days will be released. Collaborating once again with Tru-Skool for the music El Sueño, written by Lally Mundi, sets to offer a Spanish influence to Diljit’s ever popular panjabi music.
Diljit Dosanjh was born into a Sikh family in the village of Dosanjh Kalan, Jalandhar district, Punjab, India. His father, Balbir Singh, is a retired employee of Punjab Roadways, and his mother, Sukhwinder Kaur, is a homemaker. He has two siblings, one elder sister and one younger brother. He spent his early childhood in Dosanjh Kalan and then moved to Ludhiana, Punjab from where he completed his formal education, including his high school diploma from Shri Guru Harkrishan Public School. While still in school, he began performing Kirtan (Sikh religious music) at local gurdwaras.
With a zest of music in heart from early life Diljit has made a mark in Punjabi music industry. Hearthrob of young Punjabis started his professional career in his teens and has given hits after hits in the recent past. “Ishq da Uda-Adaa” was definitely a start with a Bang and He has never looked back ever since. Soon songs like “Do You Know”, “Laembadgini”, “5 Taara”, “Patiala Peg” became ‘Dance anthems’ on dance floors worldwide. ‘Excitement’ has always been Diljit’s promise with every new single El Sueño Launching this Month.
